FriendFeed

I don't know if I would ever use FriendFeed for personal reasons, but I think it would be a great website service for group projects and brainstorming sessions with coworkers and friends. I doubt its the next Twitter, but I think Google should be afraid.

"Facebook is acquiring content-sharing service FriendFeed, the two companies have confirmed. The entire FriendFeed team of 12 will transition to Facebook, with the four founders taking on senior engineering roles. The value of the deal has not been disclosed."
