It has a Motown sound and it's kind of cute.

Music: Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin

Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin is a band with a good pop rock sound. It's a small package of fun lyrics and great chord progressions. Their music reminds me of OK Go.

Film: "Cafe cowboy"

I want one. A café racer that is. Learning to ride a motorcycle is on the bucket list and besides a café would boost my euro BAMF factor.

Movies: Friends with Benefits

This actually looks like a good movie and seriously is Mila Kunis getting hotter or is it just me? I mean, I always thought she was cute, but damn.

Friends with Benefits Movie Trailer Official (HD)

“I got used to showing up to work at 5 a.m. and having my makeup artist put me in my little pasties and airbrush me, and then walking to set and dropping my robe,” Kunis tells EW exclusively. “It got to be the norm in a weird way.” -- 'Friends with Benefits' stars Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis talk nude scenes, Inside Movies

Film: Pass The Bucket

The Pass The Bucket series does a great job telling emotional stories with their short docs. This is the kind of stuff I should be making. It's kind of nice to see people find new meaning to their lives. It's true inspiration to never give up.

Music: "Brandy"

It's a classic and it's been stuck in my head, so I'm posting it. Also, I really want to sample the opening.

Music: "Paris"

I can't stop listening to this song. What a chill anti-romantic build up. I want to use this in a movie.

READ: How to date a Parisian girl

How to date a Parisian girl is a hilarious 4 episode guide to picking up and dating the exotic girls of Paris. Not only does it accurately lay down the laws of this improbable task, but it could pass for a How to do date a hot chic too. Enjoy.

"There is some adventures a courageous man should try before he dies, like boxing a shark, hunting a robot dinosaur, discovering the cure against cancer and if he is really fearless… trying to date a Parisian Girl."

Film: The Auteur and the Executive

Here's a great article from The Wall Street Journal about the dynamite executive producing duo, Steven Spielberg and Stacey Snider. It's a reminder of the importance of team work that film making requires no matter what your position is.

"I have a distinct image when we were working on the first "Transformers," and Steven asked me to come to a script meeting with him, Bay and the scriptwriters. We were downstairs in our courtyard—which is also very emblematic of Steven: he just wants to make it casual—and there are five guys in baseball hats and jeans. There was no indication in the seating, nor was there any indication in the flow of conversation, of hierarchy. And yet it is there in the room all the time. It doesn't intimidate because of his manner. What it does do is prompt you to rise to his standard so that if he asks your opinion, you are as thoughtful as you can be." -- The Auteur and the Executive, WSJ

Photo: Tim Mitchell

I'm always looking for photography that inspires and encourages me to pick up my camera and Tim's photography goes beyond that. It challenges you to think outside of the box while grasping tightly to simplicity. A truly bright idea.

"A little sharper. Clearer. Less expected. It's where Tim Mitchell comes from, a world of international production experience with many of the top photographers... In 2001 after 20 years helping create some of the most memorable images in contemporary advertising, Tim decided to combine his production expertise with his appreciation for unique visual sensibilities by bringing to the US market the best talent working in the new world of photography, particularly Europe and the Americas." -- t-mitchell.com

Art: Star Grid Posters

Mark Brooks' Star Grid 2010 posters for Santamonica just runs with the idea of simplicity. The contrast between the black and white colors align perfectly with the basic shapes forming complex shapes.

Definitely top shelf thinking. All prints and t-shirts available at www.santamonicabcn.com.

Film: Wretches & Jabberers

One of my old college professors was the DP for this film. It looks pretty interesting and the topic cast a light on a side of life that many of us don't understand. I think it's working checking out, especially since it's National Autism Awareness Month.

Wretches & Jabberers 2011 AMC Theatrical Trailer

"In "Wretches & Jabberers", two men with autism embark on a global quest to change prevailing attitudes about disability and intelligence. With limited speech, Tracy Thresher, 42, and Larry Bissonnette, 52, both faced lives of mute isolation in mental institutions or adult disability centers. When they learned as adults to communicate by typing, their lives changed dramatically. Their world tour message is that the same possibility exists for others like themselves. At each stop, they dissect public attitudes about autism and issue a hopeful challenge to reconsider competency and the future."

Film: Lundberg Loses It

Music: Flight Facilities

Flight Facilities remind me of a smooth cool breeze near the Pacific ocean. Most of their stuff are remixes, but I'm in love with their song, "Crave You".

"Flight Facilities is an anonymous Indie DJ duo who claim on their Myspace and Facebook pages to be from Trinidad and Tobago, but are widely quoted as in fact being from Sydney, Australia." -- Wikipedia
