Music: Ryan Adams' Covers

I love it when people cover or remix a good song and it feels like it can stand alone as an original. Well, Ryan Adams makes this shit look easy. Seriously, I want to hear/play music like he does. Amazing!

Read: "5 Lessons for Young Female Directors"

I think the points she covers can apply to more things than trying to make it in the film industry as a woman. They are true life lessons, which sometimes must be learned the hard way.

Photo: "fur"

I'm not one for animal prints, but Caio Ferreira's "fur" series just captures the patterns in such a beautiful way.

"I was born in Rio de Janeiro, but I currently live and work in Fortaleza - Brazil. Although I am a fashion photographer, I have a degree in advertising and spent most of my time until 2008 in the design field. I guess my past experience as a designer made it easy to shake the local fashion scene." -- caioferreira.tumblr.com

Video: Amy

During a test shoot with my friend Amy, I decided to try out a new iPhone app and here's the results. Should I make more of these?

Super 8 Project: Amy

Sorry 4 The Wait

I'm not dead. My time is just REALLY split between a heavy load at work, a million side projects and the leftover pieces of my social life. Yeah, so I'm finding less time to blog here, which is unfortunate because iHeaden is me. I will do my best, but it's going to be less often.

So in the meantime, you should follow my antics on Twitter and browse my shit on Flickr. If you're still bored, you should read my Bros & Brews' blog, TeamChestHair.com. It's about real men being real men, so I'm a regular contributor.

Until next time. Peace & Love.

Blog: Dear Photograph

The idea behind Dear Photograph is simple. Take a picture of a picture from the past in the present. It's a great concept, because the impact is so human. I look forward to taking one of these and framing it.

Music: "Gypsy Woman"

They don't make music like they used to. The story within the lyrics is propelled by such a sick rhythm. Love it.

Music: "Stairway to Heaven" (Live)

Rodrigo y Gabriela are amazing. I would love to see them live. Probably one of the best ways to start your morning is cruising to their music and this cover of "Stairway to Heaven" proves it.

Music: "Nothing But Love"

This song is fucking amazing. So much better than Beyonce's, but he'll make more money if she performs it. Oh well.
